Already Checked it out~~!!!!!!!! I'm so proud my body now
How i can transform my body

First wasn't easy because i'm body size XL

Should Eat !!! But Can You


Eat Clean !!!

Don't Diet to Much for made you self , too Up set !!!!

i start from be a vegetarian

i start from be a vegetarian, but not vegan
but still eat normal


Drink 

always drink soy milk

 try to drink water often

do not drink alcohol i know it's got be a hard,

because i  drink it's  LOL (Try to cut off if you can )

it's made your body clean and clear quicker

so i'm you can do all about this, for awhile you can feel your body it's not heavy

Anymore !!!!!

i know its  not got lose weight fast but will take time

it's not the how much weight , you are
 you should believe Yourself.. You can do
